Just after 6:00 pm this evening, Pelham Fire Department was dispatched to a single car MVC in the area of 290 Amherst Rd. Firefighters rendered medical attention until Amherst (MA) Firefighters, Local 1764 arrived and tended to the patient. Firefighters then made the vehicle safe for towing and cleaned up the scene. Pelham Police Department was also on scene and assisted, Amherst Rd was closed for an hour during the incident.
