Welcome to the Town of Pelham Massachusetts Fire Department web page. I became the chief in 2022 after moving to town with my family during the Covid 19 pandemic. I work as a fulltime fire fighter/EMT for a local city fire department, as well as the program coordinator for the Massachusetts Department of Fire Services, Special Operations Division. I have also worked as a fire academy instructor, emergency management director and communications specialist. As a history enthusiast, Pelham is an amazing place full of history. From the Quabbin Reservoir, made up of the 4 towns taken by the commonwealth of Prescott, Dana, Greenwich, Enfield and part of Pelham to Daniel Shays Rebellion you can feel the history in the air. Pelham Town Hall, is the oldest operating town hall in America, built in 1743. It was an honor and privilege to be sworn in as Fire Chief on the front steps, the very same steps Daniel Shays walked on so many years ago.
